Everyone likes to eat grill, whether it is a fish or a chicken. Usually, we don’t make grilled chicken at home, as we think, it is really tough to make.

Today, I am going to share an easy as well as simple grilled chicken recipe with you. You can make this delicious dish very easily at home. You just have to go through following steps and you are done.

Ingredients required for the grill chicken


  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • Juice of 1 standard size Green Lemon
  • olive oil: 2 table Spoonful
  • Dijon mustard: 2 table Spoonful
  • Brown sugar: 2 table Spoonful
  • Worcestershire sauce: 2 table Spoonful
  • 2 large cloves of minced garlic
  • Dried thyme: ½ table Spoon
  • Oregano (Dried): ½ tea Spoon
  • Rosemary (Dried): ½ tea Spoon
  • Kosher salt for tasting
  • Black pepper (Freshly ground) for tasting
  • Chicken breasts: 4 (Boneless, skinless and properly washed)
  • Fresh Parsley leaves (Chopped): 2 table Spoonful

Add balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, olive oil, brown sugar Worcestershire sauce, dried oregano, dried thyme, dried rosemary and minced garlic in a medium bowl. Then whisk them together until they mix properly. Now from the mix keep ¼ cup aside for later use.

Use a large mixing bowl or a gallon sized Zip bag to mix the boneless chicken and vinegar mixture. Now let the mix marinate for one hour.

A quick tip, if you can marinate the mix for 5-6 hours, you’ll get the best taste of this simple grilled chicken recipe. You must turn the chicken several time during the time of marinating.

Then release the boneless chicken from marinate. Before that, preheat your electric grill to mid-high heat. By the way, you can also use a gas grill, if you like.

After that, put the chicken on the grill. Set the temperature between 160° to 165° F. Cook for 5-6 minutes on each side. While flipping the side add the reserved, marinade. (Remember, we kept that aside before)

Now, stop the grill. Take the simple grilled chicken out. I would suggest you to serve immediately, as the taste will be unbeatable. If you like, you can be garnished the grill with parsley, for added taste, look and feel.
